Escape with us for a 3 day Mobility Fitness Transformation Retreat at Anmon Bintan, a desert glamping resort inspired by wanderlust and authenticity. Just like the resort, we get real about addressing your current mobility fitness level, and will work with you hand-in-hand to get you to where you want to be. Whether you are a fitness enthusiast who has hit a plateau or a newbie who wants to set off on the path to success, we teach you our "mobility-hacks" to help you meet your mobility goals over the 3 days of the retreat. Each day is designed to provide knowledge (the WHY) and also going through the drills needed (the HOW), and is progressive. Be prepared to work hard, as mobility training isn't just myofascial release work or stretching; it is earned by having the strength to work in new found ranges too.
While we are at the retreat, it is important and helpful to bond with like-minded individuals on this transformation. Hard work is more fun when done amongst the company of friends, as such each tent is Double Occupancy - So come with a group of friends and work hard together or if you are a solo traveller, you might have a new fitness BFF (or in our case, BTF - BodyTree Friend)
